Wyatt Collins turned a fourth-place starting spot into a dominant performance at Langley Speedway on Wednesday night, bringing the #23 machine to victory lane in Round 5 of the OGRL Old Guy Racing League Legends Series. Collins led 36 of 40 laps on the night and crossed the line without a single incident on his scorecard, adding 60 points to his already strong season total. It was his third win of the season in the series, and he did it the hard way — working past three cars ahead of him before asserting control of the race.

The four cautions that flew during the event did little to disrupt Collins at the front, but they created chaos behind him. Pole sitter Ric Wishon in the #074 fell from first to fifth by the checkered flag, while #21 Jacob Carter dropped four spots from his second-place starting position to finish sixth. Most damaging of the night was #16 Mitchell Williams, who collected 10 incident points en route to a fourth-place finish — a result that, while respectable, came with costly baggage.

The performance of the night from the field belonged to #00 Josh Harvey, who charged from ninth on the grid all the way to second at the finish — a gain of seven positions that earned him hard charger honors. Harvey crossed the line clean with zero incidents and pocketed 48 points, his best reward yet in the series. Clark Wolfe in the #74 rounded out the podium in third, advancing two spots from his fifth-place start despite picking up four incident points along the way.

Collins now leads the OGRL Legends standings with 266 points, holding a 14-point advantage over Williams in second at 252. Jacob Carter sits third at 205 points, already 61 points back of the leader with rounds remaining on the schedule. Harvey's runner-up run does not yet place him inside the top five of the standings, but the momentum he showed at Langley will be worth watching as the series pushes toward the back half of its calendar.
