Round 3 of the Old Guy Racing League Legends Series at Langley Speedway delivered exactly the kind of short-track chaos the half-mile oval is known for, with seven cautions, 13 lead changes, and twelve drivers willing to trade paint across 40 laps. When the checkered flag flew, it was #23 Wyatt Collins who stood tallest, converting a fifth-place starting spot into his first win of the season and his first victory in the Legends Series. Collins led 19 of the 40 laps to take the top step of the podium, holding off a hard-charging field on a track that punished mistakes all night long.

Pole-sitter #72 Clyde Cunfer led the opening lap and had the pace to contend throughout, but his night wasn't without adversity — Cunfer collected four incidents across the 40 laps and ultimately crossed the line 0.000 seconds behind Collins in second. It was a tough pill to swallow after leading from the front early, but Cunfer's runner-up result still earns him 58 points on the night. #18 Charlie Stutzman rounded out the podium in third, starting fourth and gaining one position by the finish despite a difficult night that saw Stutzman rack up 10 incident points. Stutzman also led one lap, showing he had genuine speed even as the contact mounted.

The performance of the night outside the top three belonged to #074 Ric Wishon, the race's Hard Charger. Wishon rolled off 11th on the grid and carved his way to a sixth-place finish, gaining five positions across 40 laps on one of the most unforgiving short tracks in league racing. More impressively, Wishon didn't just survive the chaos — he led 10 laps, making his run a legitimately aggressive effort rather than a quiet march through attrition. Wishon's 45 points on the night reflect a driver who showed up to race. On the other end of the spectrum, #144 Mark Devine was the lone driver to complete the race with zero incidents — a clean sheet that went unrewarded in the points column.

With Round 3 complete, #16 Mitchell Williams holds the points lead at 162, but the gap is closing fast. Collins' victory vaults him to second at 146 points — just 16 back — while Stutzman sits third at 140, only 22 points out of the lead. Jacob Carter and Ron Walters trail at 121 and 109 points respectively, keeping the pressure on the top three. Williams started second tonight and finished fifth, a result that will sting given that both Collins and Stutzman gained ground on him. The Legends Series has a genuine three-way fight developing, and if Round 3 at Langley is any indication, nobody is safe at the front.
