Mitchell Williams brought the #16 home first at Pocono Raceway on Tuesday night, taking the Round 2 victory in the OGRL Old Guy Racing League ARCA Series after starting tenth in a 24-car field. Williams led 8 of the race's 43 laps to claim the win, navigating a chaotic afternoon that produced four cautions, 12 caution laps, and eight lead changes across the field. The victory is Williams' first of the 2026 season, though it adds to a series résumé that already includes eight all-time wins in the ARCA division.

Pole sitter Brandon Cowell in the #85 was the dominant force statistically, pacing the field for 21 laps — more than any other driver — and crossing the line in second place, just one position behind where he started. Cowell's runner-up finish came despite carrying six incidents on the scorecard, and the result leaves him four points behind Williams in the standings at 71 to 75. Ricky Riley in the #17 brought home fourth after starting second, leading five laps before ultimately falling a spot short of the podium. Rick Sanchez in the #5 rounded out the top five after starting sixth and leading three laps along the way.

The story of the race beyond the winner belonged to #20 Johnny Brug, who earned Hard Charger honors after charging from 16th on the grid all the way to third at the checkered flag — a gain of 13 positions across 43 laps. Brug's run was not without cost, as he collected 14 incidents along the way, but the result delivered him 34 points and a place on the podium. Brug's only previous all-time series win makes this third-place run a significant points haul early in the 2026 campaign. Also worth noting was #13 Jayson Hall, who started from the very back in 24th and worked his way to 13th, and #22 Richard Leclerc, who gained nine spots from 21st to 12th.

Two rounds into the 2026 ARCA season, Williams holds the points lead with 75, four ahead of Cowell at 71 and six ahead of #19 Javier Zapata, who sits third at 69 points despite finishing tenth on the night. James Santoyo in the #11 and Brent Just in the #93 round out the top five in points at 61 and 56 respectively, with Just having charged from 15th to eighth on the night. The top three in the standings are separated by just six points, setting up what should be a tight fight when the series returns for Round 3.
